Starting with a simple recipe retrieved from her grandmother's recipe files she experimented and substituted for years to perfect the desired consistency and range of flavors (because a designer just can't leave well enough alone!--until it's just 'right', of course). A new passion emerged.

Our spectrum of Chocolate Silk spans the primary flavors of Rocky Road, Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Mint to our specialty flavors of Raspberry, Orange, Maraschino Cherry and Cappuccino chocolate. But, stay tuned! We are always working on new product development.
